
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy practice that promotes deep relaxation and energetic balance. Sessions are fully clothed and may be hands-on or hands-off depending on your comfort. Most clients describe warmth, gentle waves, or a peaceful, meditative state.

- BEFORE & AFTER YOUR SESSION -
Before: Hydrate, wear comfy clothes, arrive a few minutes early.
After: Drink water, rest, if possible, notice subtle shifts over 24–48 hrs.
